The ocean takes you away
But I'll still last another day
Your searching for who you are
But all you did was leave me scarred
I close my eyes and you're not here
I open them and you don't reappear
Everything is gone out the door
But I still feel lost.

I only wish the best for you
Even though I know you don't need it
I can't help but think what went wrong
And why you chased it
